Dorothy has a pink dog that she loves. she sleeps with it every night. In fact, she has been seen holding and spooning him/her on occassion. It is true love. So much so that I hoped the dog would ease our last doctor’s appointment for our 2nd in a series of 2 flu shots. I was right. Dog made everything better.
that is, until today. Dog left the crib after dorothy’s nap and accompanied her to the changing table. While I was changing her out of a VERY POOPY poopy diaper, she tossed Dog behind her and directly into the diaper pail.
Dog is now in the washing machine getting a very deserved bath.
I knew it was risky to take Dog out of the crib, and now I know why.
