Yep, that’s right. PLEASE DRIVE LEISURELY. There were signs like this one reminding you to drive leisurely, and the cars used by the Ocean Reef Club had bumper stickers on them that said, “Am I driving leisurely? Call 1-800-xxx-xxxx” just like the stickers on trucks you see on the highway. it was hysterical.
Before we left, Dorothy flipped over once, and she did it twice more while we were away. I tried to capture the moment on camera, but she didn’t make it all the way over. Here’s the best attempt I was able to capture. She gets really intense and upset if she gets stuck in the middle. I’m cheering for her to flip over, but I think she’s concentrating too much to hear it.
So we think that since she’s done it more than once on multiple days that this is more than just a fluke. Its time to start childproofing the house!
We were a little suprised to discover that Dorothy loved swimming in the pool. Well, not REALLY suprised. She loves the bath, but we were impressed at how relaxed she was in the water. She really looked like she was having fun. Plus, how cute is she in that bathing suit??
We also drove up to Ft. Lauderdale to visit my grandparents, and here’s a picture of Dorothy screaming with Nani!
We’re happy to be home and sleeping in our own beds (in our own rooms) again.
