working out in the rain

Last night dorothy got home from a baseball game with David waaaay after her bedtime, and woke up this morning coughing and cranky. She didn’t go to school, but we did go to strollerfit.

Dorothy got to run around with her old friend Alya, and then it rained. Oh, boy did it rain. And boy did it feel amazing. It was so hot, and there was no wind, so the sweat was just dripping off of us by the bucket, so when it started raining, we were thrilled. We pushed the strollers under a picnic enclosure and continued exercising until the kids were freaking out so much that we had to stop…the rain ended and we all walked back to our cars feeling refreshed (if a bit stinky)
